- get something to distract you. nothings better than not concentrating on something else to make your hopes higher
- Eat. most of the time it's the reason why you're sad.
- sleep. take the time to recharge and make a fresh start. Lets face it, everybody gets cranky and upset when they're tired.
- Play with a pet (if you have one). The way they act can lift your spirits
- go onto a blog! you never know, these words may help you through the rough.
- Talk to someone. Letting it all out can help with your emotions.
- Listen to this advise
- Buy something new. there's nothing more satisfying than finding something new in your hands.
